Silent Gliss 5600 Electric Curtain Track Basic Motor
The Silent Gliss 5600 is the quietest curtain track that exists. The combination of a specially waxed rail, two part roller glider and a brushless motor makes the 5600 an extremely silent curtain track when operated. The Silent Gliss 5600 curtain rail is the pinnacle of curtain rail technology. It has a "touch and go" override system which takes over the operation of the curtain if it is accidently or intentionally pulled by hand, removing the need for a controlling device. It has a manual override system which allows the curtain to be operated by hand with very little effort if there is a loss of power to the curtain track. This electric track operates extremely quickly and smoothly covering 21cm per second and the motor can also be slowed to 15cm per second if required. The Silent Gliss electric curtain track can also carry up to 65kg of curtain weight and is available up to 15 metres long making it suitable for wide windows and bays. This electric curtain rail can also be bent in our factory to suit most bay window applications including gradual curve or semi-circle windows. The Silent Gliss 5600 curtain track is also available with a wide range of different fixing methods, allowing you to fit the track to the wall or ceiling with the use of special brackets. Alternatively there are recess fixing profiles available so that the electric track can be fitted recessed into a ceiling. If you would prefer it is also possible to screw directly through the electric curtain track and into the ceiling removing the need for a bracket. The Silent Gliss 5600 system can be wired into home automation systems using mains switching, low voltage or volt free switching. The Silent Gliss 5600 is truly the most advanced electric curtain track on the market and is ideal for large bay windows, heavy curtains or commercial applications.

The 5600 electric curtain track is a made to measure curtain track that is the world’s most silent electrically operated track. It has a special coating on the profile which in conjunction with the specially designed roller gliders means that the track is extremely quiet. Its appearance is elegant and stylish whilst being able to handle curtain weights of up to 65kg and can be made up to 15 metres in length. It is equipped with the new "touch and Go" system that allows for manual override operation during power cuts and will automatically operate the curtains when pulled by hand if powered, the 5600 is a technological leader as well as being a very stylish product. At its standard setting The Silent Gliss 5600 pulls the curtains at 21cm per second and has an option to slow the motor down to 15cm per second if preferred. An app is also available so that control of the 5600 can be maintained and operated from anywhere in the world. In addition to the standard system that can be mains switched or switched by using a low voltage by using a low voltage switching module, the Silent Gliss 5600 can also have a radio control module fitted directly into the motor to allow control using a variety of radio control devices. Some of the devices that we offer include hand held remotes with timers or wall switches with timers.
