Tracks-Direct are specialists in the field of made to measure tracks and poles and limit the range to goods that are specifically for this purpose. The ranges we have chosen are due to the quality and style, and you have the comfort of knowing that the product is guaranteed against defective parts for a period of 5 years.

Delivery

Your goods will be delivered to you by a carefully chosen and respected carrier, unless they are very small accessories in which case they will be delivered by post. The carrier requires a signature so please ensure someone is present at the delivery address when the carrier calls otherwise the goods will be taken back to the carrier's depot.

Please note that if there is any damage this must be noted on the delivery slip that you sign. If you are uncertain or unable to check the condition then you should sign as unchecked.

Generally goods that are made to measure will be despatched within 14 working days. Other goods such as accessories will normally be despatched within 5 working days.

Standard Delivery: Carrier will be used for most deliveries except very small items where standard postage will be used.

We are a UK based manufacturer and specialise in supplying to the UK mainland (additional cost for Scottish Highlands). However we will consider overseas delivery. Please contact us with your requirements.

Returns Policy

Items that are made to measure (i.e. made from measurements you have given) cannot be returned.

Items that have not been made specifically to your measurements can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date providing they are unused and in their original packaging.

If you are returning any product you should contact us to let us know you are returning the goods quoting your order reference number, the name and item code and the date the goods were ordered. If you would like us to arrange collection and use our carrier a charge of £50 per parcel will be made.

When we have received the goods and checked them we will credit the amount paid for the goods to your credit card (if paid by credit card) or by same means as the goods were paid for.
