The Silent Gliss 3000 Corded Metal track is widely regarded as the best metal corded track for medium weight curtains. It can be forward or reverse bent and has many different fixing brackets available. For tracks over 275 centimetres or situations where the curtains are not of equal gathered widths, an intermediate pulley can be used to allow for cording on both sides. The Silent Gliss 3000 has separate internal channels for the cording mechanism which means the cords do not fall out of the track and allow for smoother running of the curtains.

Overall the best choice in curtain tracking for lined curtains, or for short interlined curtains.

The Silent Gliss 3900 Corded Metal Track is the Rolls Royce of curtain tracks. It has a slightly larger profile than the 3000 track and has roller gliders. This means that the 3900 can take up to 22kg of weight and maintain an extremely smooth operation. This track has the best of Silent Gliss’ glider and track technology that combine to make the most efficient and reliable track that we supply. When fitted in conjunction with the cord tensioner the curtains can also be pulled by hand.

For medium to heavy weight curtains, the 3900 is unbeatable.

The Silent Gliss 3840 corded curtain track is suitable for top fixing or face fixing but is particularly good for top fixing flush to ceilings. The clamp bracket that holds the track to the ceiling is hidden underneath the track when fitted. The only part of the bracket that can be seen on the back of the track is the small silver hand of the clamp. This makes the 3840 corded curtain track an excellent room divider as the bracket is not seen and the back of the track looks the same as the front. The Silent Gliss 3840 corded curtain track can be bent to suit bay windows and is suitable for heavy curtains. In addition to the standard glider there is also a roller glider available as an optional extra which makes the 3840 curtain rail smoother and capable of carrying even heavier curtains. Other gliders that are also compatible with the 3840 curtain track system are the 6346, 6345 and 6098W wave gliders. The wave gliders are designed to be used in conjunction with the wave tape and will create a smooth flowing heading system that stack back tighter than traditional curtain headings. The Silent Gliss 3900 is an ideal choice for top fixing or for room dividing.

The Silent Gliss 5600 is the quietest curtain track that exists. The combination of a specially waxed rail, two part roller glider and a brushless motor makes the 5600 an extremely silent curtain track when operated. The Silent Gliss 5600 curtain rail is the pinnacle of curtain rail technology. It has a "touch and go" override system which takes over the operation of the curtain if it is accidently or intentionally pulled by hand, removing the need for a controlling device. It has a manual override system which allows the curtain to be operated by hand with very little effort if there is a loss of power to the curtain track. This electric track operates extremely quickly and smoothly covering 21cm per second and the motor can also be slowed to 15cm per second if required. The Silent Gliss electric curtain track can also carry up to 65kg of curtain weight and is available up to 15 metres long making it suitable for wide windows and bays. This electric curtain rail can also be bent in our factory to suit most bay window applications including gradual curve or semi-circle windows. The Silent Gliss 5600 curtain track is also available with a wide range of different fixing methods, allowing you to fit the track to the wall or ceiling with the use of special brackets. Alternatively there are recess fixing profiles available so that the electric track can be fitted recessed into a ceiling. If you would prefer it is also possible to screw directly through the electric curtain track and into the ceiling removing the need for a bracket. The Silent Gliss 5600 system can be wired into home automation systems using mains switching, low voltage or volt free switching.
