Silent Gliss 6243 - Uncorded Metal Recess Track
The Silent Gliss 6243 curtain track is designed to be recess fixed into a ceiling. This means that the track fits into a hollowed out channel in the ceiling so that the curtain track is not visible, leaving the curtain floating from the ceiling and virtually flush with it. It can be made up to 600cm in one piece for long windows and bi-fold doors. The pre-drilled holes every 20cm makes fitting simple and efficient. The track comes in white as standard and can be bent in our factory to suit bay windows. The Silent Gliss 6243 can also be fitted with the wave glider as an option which, in conjunction with the wave heading tape, creates a gentle wave of curtaining. The wave glider and heading system is also available in a roller glider format, making operating wave headed curtains smooth and efficient. For traditional headed curtains there is also a roller glider option which will take light to medium weight curtains.

The Silent Gliss 6243 has been specially engineered to be suitable only for recess fixing into ceilings. To fit the track a channel can be cut into the ceiling and the track is screwed into this using pre punched holes in the track that are spaced 200mm apart. Once recess fitted the lip of the track is the only visible aspect. The Silent Gliss 6243 Recess rail can also be bent in our factory by engineers using special tooling to a radius of 250mm. The Wave glider that creates the wave heading system is also compatible with this track which makes the finished look extremely modern and effective. The profile dimensions are available upon request to ensure that the recess is cut to the exact specification required in order to give the best finished look. The Silent Gliss 6243 is the best recess fitting hand drawn curtain rail available today.
