Natalie Friquich

We are thrilled to have welcomed Natalie Friquiche to our busy sales team here at Tracks Direct. Nat is always on had to help our customers, so we thought it would be nice to put a face to the name.

She has been with us a for a few months now so we thought we would catch up with her for a quick-fire interview to find out a bit her and to find out how she is settling in:

 

Tell us about your role?

I am a Sales and Customer service representative. I am the first port of call for customer queries, providing advice and guidance on our wide range of products. I will endeavour to help provide solutions to any concerns and issues you may have with orders.

 

So, you have been with us for a few months now, what are the 3 words that describe Bradbury Tracks?

Experienced, Competitive, Knowledgeable

 

What is your biggest motivation?

To ensure every customer I deal with feels valued and happy with our service.

 

What’s your hidden talent/ superpower?

Optimism. I always see the best in people.

 

What’s the one thing the team at Bradbury needs to know about you?

Never get in a car with me if you want me to direct you! It happened recently and I guided someone using the number of bends in a Bay track to get them to the location!

 

Tea or Coffee (and how do you take it?)

Neither … Coke Zero is my weakness!!

 

What’s the last thing you do in the office when you are winding down for the day?

A desk tidy up and clear my workspace all ready for the next working day.
